The Miaoli County Animal Protection and Disease Prevention Office runs an annual spay/neuter subsidy program. The 2026 program runs until October 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM (or until funds run out). Eligibility: residents registered in Miaoli County who have completed pet microchip registration and have a valid rabies vaccination (within 1 year), using a contracted partner veterinary clinic.
