- Staff will assist with microchip implantation (if not yet chipped), pet registration, and rabies vaccination
- Adoption is free of charge
- You will receive the "Love You Forever" Platinum Pet Card at the time of adoption

- Dogs: bring a leash or appropriate carrier
- Cats: bring a hard-sided carrier to prevent escape during transport
- The shelter is on a mountain road — driving or taking a taxi is strongly recommended
